MARTIN BOLT
Prior to the formation of Perrier Bolt, PLLC, Martin Bolt established his own firm, Martin Bolt, PLLC, which focused on providing legal advice related to employee benefit issues (primarily to individuals and small-to-medium-sized employers). Additionally, Mr. Bolt worked in Houston, Texas for the national law firms of Baker Botts, L.L.P. and Locke Liddell & Sapp, L.L.P., where he provided legal advice regarding employee benefits to numerous corporations, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Bolt practices all areas of employee benefits law, and specializes in those arising under the Internal Revenue Code and ERISA, including: tax-qualified and nonqualified plans and welfare benefit plans (including plan design, compliance and implementation of 401(k) plans, cafeteria plans, equity-based incentive plans, and severance plans); executive compensation matters (including stock options, employment agreements, and severance agreements); addressing COBRA compliance issues; addressing employee benefits matters in corporate mergers and acquisitions; and dealing with the Internal Revenue Service and U.S. Department of Labor in compliance matters.

RANDALL S. PERRIER, J.D., LLM
Originally from Provo, Utah, Randall Perrier has practiced law in Texas since 2002. Mr. Perrier earned his law degree from the University of Idaho School of Law and furthered his legal education at New York University School of Law, where he obtained a post-law degree in taxation. Upon graduating from NYU, Mr. Perrier was recruited by Baker Botts, LLP to work for their Houston office in the Business and Estate Planning group (renamed the Private Clients group). Mr. Perrier is certified by the State Bar of Texas in Estate Planning and Probate Law.
Mr. Perrier left Baker Botts, LLP in 2005 to found Perrier & Associates, P.C., which allowed him to expand his practice areas. Currently partners with fellow NYU law graduate, Martin Bolt, Mr. Perrier continues to focus his practice on estate planning and probate, real estate litigation and business formation and operation. Mr. Perrier’s office is located on FM 1960 Rd. West and serves clients in from all over Houston, Northwest Houston, The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, and Conroe and Montgomery County.
